The founder and namesake of The Olson Group, Jake is a successful real estate broker, investor and developer. He attended CSU Fresno on an Army ROTC scholarship, graduating from the university’s Craig School of Business with a degree in Business Finance. Jake then served in the California National Guard for eight years as an Aviation Officer and Chinook helicopter pilot, flying overseas in support of Operation Inherent Resolve and at home in support of the California wildland firefighting efforts.

Born and raised in San Diego’s North County, Ryan is a Business Management graduate from CSU Channel Islands with experience in the sales and marketing industries. Being a local native gives Ryan a unique depth of knowledge when it comes to the communities in the San Diego area. Ryan is both a commercial and residential real estate agent, and enjoys giving back to his community. Ryan’s positivity, comprehension of the community and engaging energy help the firm’s clients feel comfortable and confident with his representation. He embodies the San Diego lifestyle whether working with clients or participating in “board meetings” chasing the local swells.

John was born and raised on San Diego’s Coronado Island, and attended CSU Channel Islands where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree. After graduating, he specialized in audio/visual setup for large corporate events in convention centers and hotel ballrooms for a multitude of finance, pharmaceutical and insurance companies. With that knowledge and experience in his toolbox, John pivoted to a career in commercial real estate with The Olson Group. As a San Diego native, it’s not surprising that John enjoys surfing and anything else involving the ocean, as well as dining at the area’s many local restaurants in his spare time.
